These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Glass Bid Finder, an online procurement intelligence service provided by Glass Bid Finder ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Seller Identification

You are contracting with Glass Bid Finder. Our service provides access to bid opportunities, AI-powered summaries, alerts, and related tools for the auto glass, fleet, transit, and architectural glass industries.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Engage in fraud, spam, or deceptive practices.
• Infringe intellectual property rights of others.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute bid data outside the scope of your subscription.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, trademarks, and data compilations on the service are owned by Glass Bid Finder or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the scope of your selected plan.

5. Payment and Subscription Terms

Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. Glass Bid Finder is the seller of record for all subscriptions and is responsible for billing, customer support, and refunds in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Subscription fees are billed in advance according to your selected billing cycle. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy or as required by applicable law.

6. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security risk, or repeated policy violations.

7. Service Level

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Bid data is aggregated from public and commercial sources and is provided for informational purposes; you should verify all opportunities directly with the issuing agency before bidding.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glass Bid Finder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service. Our aggregate liability is capped at the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in New York.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
