Refund Processing

Refunds are processed by Glass Bid Finder through our payment processor, Stripe. Once approved, refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel after the 30-day refund period, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period unless required by law.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect abuse, fraud, or violations of our Terms & Conditions. In such cases, we will provide a written explanation of our decision.
